Program Description
Before you arrive, you complete the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series and a private individual coaching debrief.
In Lanzarote, those insights become shared language and insights. Across guided field experiences and focused sessions at our homebase finca, you work on:

How is this different from a typical leadership program?
Most leadership development happens in meeting rooms and webinars when the number one feedback we hear is how important connection is in development and learning. You can't demand growth at the snap of a finger. Here you arrive away from the tech, away from your team, and use the depth of Hogan assessments as the starting point for your exponential leadership growth.
Why Lanzarote?
Volcanic eruptions reshaped the island, and people learned to grow life in what remained, including the vineyards of La Geria. This island's journey was quite literally shaped by fire, which is how many leaders see their own careers. This basis frames the questions we work on: how you respond when conditions change, and what conditions you create for others.
Why outdoors?
Why indoors? People think and talk differently while moving, while away from their organizations, their managers, and teams. Exploring a new space unlocks the capacity for absorbing more information, reflecting differently, and having honest conversations.

Can I bring my team?
We do offer journeys for in-tact teams, but the Lanzarote Leadership, Shaped by Fire experience brings people from different organizations on purpose. We designed this to be deeply personal, with limits around how many coworkers can join.
